   of Mechatronic Engineering, Institute of Computer, Communication, and Control,

   Institute of Electrical Engineering, Institute of Opto-electronic Technology, Institute

   of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, Institute of Manufacturing

   Technology, Institute of Vehicle Engineering, Institute of Automation Technology,

   as well as Institute of Computer Science and Information Engineering.

2.Extend and strengthen research in each graduate institute of college of

   Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to develop applied technologies in depth.
