Biography

Dr. H s i e h is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at the National Taipei University of Technology. Prior to his current role he was a Postdoc at the California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology (Calit2). He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California-Irvine in 2006. His research areas include scientific visualization and computer graphics. His research is aimed at using real-time visualization technology to explore massive three-dimensional scientific data.
