  • 本校「先進製程」共同實驗室已於日前開放給全校師生研究使用。開放的設備計有光罩對準儀、RF濺鍍機、(RTA)快速熱退火爐、精密光學顯微鏡、(AFM)原子力顯微鏡、X-ray繞射儀及表面輪廓儀等,歡迎參加訓練後使用(95.11.17)。

    一、 本研究室陳柏江碩士學長榮獲美國南加大( USC)材料工程博士。
    二、 大學部專題研究生 吳懷文學長獲得飛利浦全額獎學金。榮獲荷蘭戴爾福(Delft U)大學電子工程博士。
