免疫膠體金法

     利用抗體與金奈米粒子結合用來偵測半抗原分子蛋白質病毒細菌等

重組蛋白質的生產技術改進

    由於以現行載體生產重組蛋白質時,容易發生質體不穩定的現象,因此希望可以藉由linear transformation的方式,將其重組基因放置到染色體上,以提高重組蛋白質的生產效能。

DNA分子檢測系統

    微電極組,將ssDNAcDNA以特定的修飾方式將其固定於電極中或基材表面,並結合奈米粒子,開發新型的DNA 分子檢測系統。

以奈米級離子通道量測生物高分子

     利用微機電技術製程來製作奈米級離子通道,用以檢測生物高分子通過離子通道離子流大小之變化。
